You must be an experienced recruiter in one of the four areas (Industrial, Catering, Driving, Hospitality) and know how to run a temps desk for one or all of these fields. You will be able to show a proven track record of sales and account management as this role could really lead to furtheer career progression. This will mean you should be a good communicator as well and happy to crack out those phone calls to drive new business.
It would be advantageous if you have some current clients that will want to move with you though the main thing is that you have excellent recruitment experience and knoww how to pick up and fill assignments, making good margins so you earn excellent commission.

This is a small independent recruitment company and we need ambitious and driven people to help us expand. You will get an excellent commission structure and be able to grow your own desk, even with a few current clients thrown in.
You must be a successful recruiter who understands the value of customer service. You must be focussed and have a real interest in the customer and getting it right. This is not an 8.30 - 5.30 role but one that you will need to work at all the time to succeed but then again if you have already succeeded in recruitment, you'll know this already. You'll also know the rewards that you get when you find people their ideal job and a company a really excellent candidate.
